For good measure: A note from our Founder

For good measure: A note from our Founder

We know that education beyond high school is essential in today’s knowledge economy. But we still know precious little about why certain skills correlate to success in the workforce — leaving educators, employers, and learners operating in the dark.

Colleges have historically struggled to articulate how the value of the educational experiences and academic credentials translate into skills needed in the labor market. Employers have lacked transparency—and trusted sources of data into the outcomes—they can expect from the education systems that they rely on for talent. And the underlying reason for that is the lack of verified longitudinal data available between education and industry.

I founded AstrumU® to close this gap by helping students, colleges and universities, and employers leverage trusted data to identify the most predictable pathways to take from education to high-impact employment. AstrumU is on a mission to provide a predictive individual learning recommendation™ for every lifelong learner, so that individual learners, educational providers, and employers can quantifiably invest in educational experiences that maximize outcomes while opening up opportunity for everyone via a level playing field.

We invite you to learn more as we progress down this industry changing opportunity that will reshape how personalized learning and working experiences are quantified and applied to outcomes at every facet of a lifelong learner's journey. We see this as the beginning of a foundational change in how education and industry will collaborate and invest going forward to reate better career outcomes for everyone.
